What is the Crime Analysis Plugin?

What is ArcGIS?
ArcGIS is a GIS application for visualizing, managing, creating, and analyzing geographic data. ArcGIS geographically contextualizes data for the identification and analysis of patterns and relationships. Esri (Environmental Systems Research Institute) is the company that produces ArcGIS.
